Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN)
The online ABSN program at The University of Tulsa is built for those who have a non-nursing bachelor’s degree and want to quickly transition to a nursing career. To support you on the path to degree attainment, our ABSN is designed to be completed in as few as 18 months. TU grants conditional admittance to the program even if you’re missing required courses like microbiology and statistics, so you can complete necessary courseworks while diving into the core nursing curriculum.

Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP) Certificate
The University of Tulsa’s 18-credit hour online AG-ACNP certificate programs equip you with the practical experience to treat patients following severe trauma or illness. With two separate tracks to support MSN-educated and DNP-educated nurses, the certificate allows you to build on your existing credentials over the course of three, 16-week semesters so you can quickly administer acute care in settings such as emergency departments, intensive care units, and other specialty care units. Course material covers the 3 Ps — pathophysiology, health promotion, and pharmacology — as part of a rigorous and applicable curriculum for advanced practice nurses.
